At Pets Drug Mart Canada, we prioritize your pet's health and safety; therefore, we accept returns on non-prescription items in original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that prescription medications, vaccines, and temperature-sensitive products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and not a prescription medication or temperature-controlled product.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items including a copy of your invoice and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our warehouse; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
